These Terms of Use set forth the conditions for using the website and related services provided by Toyo Shoji LLC (hereinafter "the Company").

1. Applicability

These Terms apply to all users of this website.

2. Prohibited Activities

Acts that violate laws or public order and morals, acts that infringe on the rights of the Company or third parties, acts that interfere with the operation of this service.

3. Disclaimer

The Company shall not be liable for damages caused by force majeure, communication failures, or similar events.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Japanese law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Company's location.

5. Points Program

(1) We grant points to members under conditions determined by us. The earning rate, expiry period, and other conditions are set by us and displayed on the "Points Guide" page on this site. (2) Points are granted after the order status changes to "Delivered", based on the product price after coupon discounts and points used (excluding tax and shipping). (3) Points are worth ¥1 each and can be used only for purchases at our store. They cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or sold to third parties. (4) Points expire one year after the date of the most recent grant (or such other period as we may separately determine). Expired points will not be restored. (5) If an order is cancelled or refunded, points granted for that order will be revoked and points used for that order will be returned. (6) If we determine that points were obtained or used fraudulently, we may cancel those points or suspend the membership. (7) We may change or terminate the points program by giving notice on this site a reasonable period in advance (in principle, at least 30 days). The treatment of unused points upon termination will be as set out in the notice. (8) Points are forfeited when a member withdraws from membership.
