Q.When are points granted?
Points are granted after the order status changes to "Delivered". The amount is the product price after coupon discounts and points used (excluding tax and shipping) multiplied by the earning rate, rounded down. Guest orders do not earn points (membership is free).
Q.How do I use points?
Enter the number of points to use on the checkout page. Points are worth ¥1 each and are applied to the total after coupon discount (shipping included). You can also pay entirely with points.
Q.Do points expire?
Points are valid for one year from the most recent grant (per the conditions shown on this site). Each new grant extends the expiry of your entire balance (rolling expiry).
Q.What happens when points expire?
Expired points are forfeited and cannot be restored. We will email you 30 days before expiry (you can unsubscribe via the link in the email).
Q.What happens to points if I cancel an order?
Points granted for a cancelled or refunded order are revoked, and points used for that order are returned to your balance.
Q.What happens to my points if I close my account?
Points are forfeited upon withdrawal from membership. They cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to third parties.
Q.What do I need to start earning points?
Just a free membership. New members also receive a 5% OFF welcome coupon automatically, plus order history, shipment tracking, and favorites.
