Shipping: free on all items. Deliveries to Hokkaido, Okinawa and remote islands may incur an additional shipping charge. We will inform you of the amount once our carrier confirms the quote, and your order is finalized only after you approve it. Payment handling fees: we charge none. If an external payment provider (e.g. convenience store payment) sets its own fee, that provider’s terms apply. Customs duties and import consumption tax: for items shipped from overseas these are included in the product price. No additional charges apply to you.

Items shipped from overseas are procured by us after your order and sent directly to you from abroad. The time to dispatch is also 5–10 business days as a guide. The time from dispatch to arrival depends on the delivery address.

Unused, unopened items only — please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Defective products will be exchanged or refunded at our expense.

Customer-initiated returns: customer's expense. Defective or incorrect items: our expense.
